Hello & Welcome!I don’t know how the last few weeks have flown by so quickly – maybe it’s a sign I’m getting old, haha.
Anyways, I did play a couple of games this month – including finishing off KoiAma. Despite not being the biggest fan of the lack of a true common route, the heroine routes were cute and enjoyable for me. I particularly liked Hibana but all the girls were likable. I’m definitely finding that Hooksoft are just a really solid brand.
I then figured I should play Amakano 2 and, oh my goodness it was such a joy. It was moege perfection and affirmed just how much I enjoy the Amakano series. I ended up ordering the fandisc so hope to play it next month.
I had some time before the April releases so I picked up Spiral. Unfortunately, it’s complete trash – the story tries to touch on serious topics but handles it in such a half-assed way that it’s infuriating. The romance is also terrible and the characters themselves are super one-dimensional. The voice acting and artwork was pretty much the only enjoyment I had here.
I plan to move onto the monthly releases now and will start with Tenshi Souzou Reboot – the heroine designs are just too good! Will probably do something like Rurizakura > Ambitious Mission > Amakano 2+ after but I’m not 100% sure.
I was actually getting a bit worried because the next few months were looking a little bare but there seems to have been a LOT of games announced over the past week so my playlist over the summer is shaping up nicely~
As for reviews, the next one should be Da Capo II PC. It was a long game with a large number of heroines so the review might come out a week late, sorry!
